Projects and prices
LMbee Digital provides spreadsheet repairs, automation and straightforward websites. Enquiries from businesses and individuals in the UK and overseas are welcome.
Advertised prices are starting prices in pounds sterling. Each project is assessed before a written quote sets out the work, total price, any applicable taxes or additional costs, and payment arrangements. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or commit you to paid work.
Before work starts
The scope, deliverables, timescale, payment terms, revisions, ownership and any ongoing support are agreed in writing. For overseas work, the customer's country and whether they are buying for business or personal use are checked before the project is accepted.
Personal projects and cancellation
If you are buying as a consumer, your quote and contract will include the information about cancellation that applies to your project. UK service contracts agreed remotely normally have a 14-day cancellation period starting the day after the contract is made.
Starting a service within that period requires your express request. Where the required information has been provided, you may need to pay for work supplied before you cancel. The right to cancel can end when a service is fully performed only where the required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. Separate rules can apply to the supply of digital content.
